Give us a call on 0800 751 851. Often issues can be cleared up right away. Our team will do our best to fix the problem on the spot or put you in touch with someone who can.

Every now and then there may be an issue that can’t be easily resolved. When this happens, you can contact our Head of Customer Support by email [email protected]. You’ll hear back from us within 5 working days of receiving your complaint to confirm we’re looking into the issue, and we’ll keep you updated with progress. Once we have all the information we need, we’ll aim to give you an answer within ten working days.

If a solution can't be found or you are unsatisfied with the outcome, You may refer your complaint to Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) – A Financial Ombudsman Service. FSCL is our independent external ombudsman and dispute resolution service that has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008.
